And that's where you're wrong, friend. Yandere can be some light hearted content, we don't have to go the prankfag's way and have them start torturing each other or eviscerating each other over every "talk" command.
Besides if you have to have this kind of "scary" yandere that wants to fight others think about her spreading rumors, or threats. Like what's already in the game. Think about the prayer that knocks out and ends Tewi's jew faggotry, like what's already in game. Yanderehus getting pissed off when she sees you interacting with others, like Parsee has and had for a long time. It could be expanded upon, like positive rumors reaching yanhu causing her to get angry, or her friends would spy and report on your situation. Think about getting caught and raped until exhaustion. Like what's already in game.
I personally think it's a little early to mass produce yanderes, at least until someone cooks up a fight system where 2hus can fight over you or actually follow and stalk you - not the date type of following, more like she just happens to be on every map you're on and visits you every day without your say so. But a proof of concept character is totally possible, someone just needs to write some text for one, mechanics would surely follow.
