Exactly what is my "near-Freudian takes on the nature of Allied ship-writing"? The game has them, many manga adaptations have them, they even had them in some kind of ice-skating theatrical adaptation... Only the anime so far has refused to acknowledge the fact they exist and you would think that a battle based on the Battle of Surigao Strait, a battle in which the IJN never stood a chance of winning, would be a perfect chance to introduce them.
