Why does SDM have the most unoriginal cast in the whole series?

Pic related they were all based off a knife-throwing, vampire magician character from a previous game ZUN worked on.

The copies are always inferior to the original though.

All seihous are also touhous! I like Muse because:

- She's a vampire
- Throws knives and has cool hair
- Extremely high power level
- Master magician
- Power to manipulate matter into any form she wishes

So touhous are weak to real bullets. Big deal, I see no reason to be buttmad about it.

Also, I don't think the games ZUN personally worked on are irrelevant. Especially when you got nice characters like Muse who was the inspiration for the entire cast of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
