Most of the "failures" you list don't feel really relevant as they pretty much fall under the revisionist category or completely rely on your near-Freudian takes on the nature of Allied ship-writing or whatever. I guess it's a fair point that there are some pretty political doujins, but they're still a definite minority by numbers.

The part about neo-imperialists being assblasted over Iowa is pretty funny if true though.
