Nao's better when she does something funny, instead.

But they do have personalities. Kazuho is useless, Miyuki is aggressive, and Nao is a perverted siscon. They're just very sloppily handled. Miyuki's only getting her backstory revealed now in Part 3, while she's stuck in a time period where she can't interact with most of the rest of the cast and is stuck with a handful of minor and/or original characters without much of a purpose outside of being Miyuki's supporting cast.
And Kazuho's used really prominently, too, often serving as a viewpoint character for stories where she doesn't actually do anything other than stand there and mope while the other characters act. "Kazuho's Choice" is one recent example, where she did nothing while Ayaka actually made the main decision.
It's really weird to put so much focus on them when they're such mediocre characters. There's plenty of opportunities to do interesting things with stuff like the Sonozaki family and whatever, but Kazuho and the others are just way too flat to fit in.

Also, six-star versions of last year's Hinamatsuri cards, featuring more crossdressing Keiichi.
