If it weren't for the weapons, I'd suspect they're not in, considering we got non-gacha new versions of Kuroka and Shiro on almost all the preview pages in this event sequence.
But with the weapons, It seems more likely. Looks like RS (or maybe just sword) Kuroka and mage Shiro to me.

Which seems neat, but I kinda hesitate to roll for similar reasons as I did when I thought they were coming back sooner. I'd rather just keep rolling for loli Kuroka than an older Kuroka, and I already spent enough gems failing at that.
