Here's what I used, would post a picture of me dealing the final blow but mutsu is covering the fleet and that wouldnt be of help.

HQ level 98
Loadout was 2x 46cm, sanshiki, recon plane on all BBs
Reppus (And a single reppu kai) on every slot and ryuusei kai on smallest slot to try to get them to kill a trash mob in the opening phase (Rarely happened, almost every torpedo hit was a miss) and took the boss to night battle to completely destroy it there

Used a shelling support expedition for normal battles because I was tired of getting sent back before the boss and it helped a bit.
