Extract it somewhere. There's only one file in there, the program, and then its readme. Run it. Open your browser (on your Mac) and go to "http:\\127.0.0.1:9999/ui"
Options -> Storage tab will let you add whatever locations have your files. Scan it.
Options -> Players to enable DeoVR/Heresphere support, not sure if it's on by default. Take note of the IP addresses you can see, there might be 1+ local/loopback addresses you don't need, and then most likely one that starts with "192". Note it, you'll connect to it from your Quest.
If you want to add scene metadata, "Import Japanese Adult VR (JAVR) Scene" under "Options -> Scene Data -> Create/Import Scene".

If that's too confusing just set a file share up on the Mac. Actually that might be too confusing. Keep using Skybox.
