I wonder how much it would be to buy a pig and bring it to a butcher. I wonder if the skin would be alright to make pork rinds with.

To be honest, I can't think of many dishes that I like to make with pork. Maybe some pork chops, scnitzel, tonkatsu, stuff like that. Some sausages, you know. Beyond that I'm not sure.

I'm sure I'd have enough bones to make a bunch of stocks. Maybe I could do ramen. I've always wanted to try making noodles by hand. I've always wanted to try pork belly too. It looks damn good.

If pigs weren't illegal to raise here I would probably raise them. They seem to be half way between a cow and chickens in terms of care.

You can't tell me this doesn't look good.
