The Scarlet Devil Mansion took out a construction loan for $750,000 at 9% that was outstanding for both 2008 and 2009. Other debt obligations include a note for $1,000,000 at 5% that was also outstanding during 2008 and 2009.

How much interest should Scarlet Devil Mansion capitalize for the year 2008?

None. Gensokyo does not follow GAAP or IFRS and thus has no provisions to capitalize interest for the purpose of regulation or taxation. Furthermore, noone in their right mind would dare collect interest from Remillia. So instead Remillia should recognize the loans as revenue as there is no debt obligation.

This is the editor, btw. I woke up. To be honest, it really wasn't my idea to ask for payments. I actually like doing this kind of editing work, as long as I can do it on my own time. However, my TL person does like to have a bit of incentive to do this sort of thing, which I can understand. He really does good work and takes pride in the TLs he already does, so you'd definitely be getting a quality script, if you care, and you'd get it in a timely fashion. I personally don't mind spending time out of my day to replace Japanese word in bubbles with English words in bubbles just to give back to you guys at no cost, but without a translation, it's a bit difficult. Surely, you can understand.

In the end, it's up to you guys. Hell, if you want, you can just send me a translation, and I'll do the editing work. I won't be able to guarantee accuracy or flow, but if you guys don't care, then hey, works for me.
