Look at the reduction in quality, this is bizarre. Did the uploader re-encode it three times and then one more time to downscale? Is this the cult of recentism in action? Because they predate the age of the HD norm, it doesn't matter how much the quality is reduced? The pirate uploaders do good deeds for coomers but they must be either boomers who treat it like VHS, mistakenly believing they have to re-encode every video every time they share it, or they just want to leave their mark to make their pirated files "unique" or something like that.
