We got Minazuki a few months ago and she's the only one of her Div that's not Yadokari, there's also DesDiv2, 21, 24 and 30.
The only reason this "Hatsukaze gets left out" thing is a meme is because Yoshinori actually does promo art a lot and people simply like the other 3 and Shimakaze more than her. Hell, Tanikaze gets left out of her group in fanart all the time and she has the same artist.
