so the anime isnt actually great by any means because they were very constricted by the medium to get all the thinkin man stuff into it in a coherent manner

there were recaps bc they had to move so fast that if ur not paying attention the entire thing loses meaning so they have to constantly remind their braindead audience what the fuck is going on to a pretty absurd degree

as a result theres a lot of intentionality behind just about every line in the show and it all builds towards something where later in the show u can reference things from earlier and see how we got to where we are etc

eng subs ultimately undermines it all further leading malodorous whites who are both low iq and not knowers of japanese to completely whiff on the show leading to the rating seen in pic

wasnt a top tier anime but it was reasonable
