To be fair anon, that cover arguably only appeals to a niche population. It's an im@s song for sure, but Hanamuke no Tori is not really a popular song, even for just the millim@s community, she just picked that song because asides being one of her favorites, it became a special song to Suisei when she heard the emotional drama track included in D/Zeal's single.
Plus Suisei probably never intends it to hit a million views or for it to be popular in general, it's more of a message to her past self, since she didn't even turn on the superchat for the premiere. Also notice how she wrote "かつての私たちへ伝えたい。もっと高く空の果てまで。" in the description. Suisei also described it as a "dream-come true collab". The numbers for Hanamuke no Tori doesn't matter because Suisei has already won the moment she finally collabed with Sora, someone who she has admired ever since the very beginning of her career.
