It's that time of day again!

How do Japanese imoutos treat their onii-chans?

These days I hardly speak to mine anymore. When I do try to hug her she tells me to stop touching her, but once in a while she'll let me and I'll see her smile while I'm doing it yet she has never hugged me back. How can I make her like me? What kind of guy does a 12 year old like, I'm willing to do anything to make her like me.

You might have seen my earlier posts /jp/. In short I think my imouto hates me, for no particular reason, even though we used to get along great in the past. She's here right now and I really want to talk with her and give her a hug. What should I say? Would it be a good idea to kiss her on the forehead or something? I've never kissed her before because I honestly don't know if that's acceptable or not.

Are there any major differences in father/daughter or brother/sister relationships in Japan when compared to the US? Is public affection more widespread, hugging and the like?

I thinking of adopting a loli from either Japan or Russia. Which would you choose? Is one easier to get than the other? Are there any legal issues I have to deal with while moving this loli to the US?
