Oh man, good thing I was stalled on making this reply because >>47921353 was posted within a minute of me sitting down for it after digesting the last Sekai entry. Entanglement sure can be exciting sometimes...

You're quite welcome! Many others before myself have put a lot of effort into everything here and, though I don't feel totally comfortable writing anything of my own right now (I need to catch up on a lot...), it still felt nice to contribute something substantial through my humble passions. A project of this magnitude is deserving of at least that much imo.
Funny how you haven't been able to write from a Hana POV since then, flowers do sometimes need their time to bloom and there's certainly been a whirlwind of happenings between those points. The character interactions there were cute even if it culminated in yet another 'Hana Being Incessantly Fucked With' moment but that isn't inherently a bad thing. She just needs to get used to meeting new & unfathomable individuals! That picture also sounds funny, love how most of the girls were intrigued in their own ways. Now I'm craving noodles myself though, it's been too long since I've been to a proper banquet...
>Yukari was there waiting for me, wearing a low cut dress that revealed an unnecessary amount of cleavage.
>She made sure I got a full face of it as she pulled me in for a hug.
Must resist temptation...Gappy-sama is EVIL...her allure is DECEPTION...it...she...FUc K
>I started the Hana story on a whim
>would never have predicted that it would spawn a community writing project going going a year on.
Unforeseen Consequences to otherwise-innocuous things sure can be Fun, huh~? Looking forward to the rest of the Special!

Adorably heart-wrenching with those entries, the visceral attention to detail is great and Hata no Sekai deserves all the warm-wishes she can handle despite her isolation. She'll get her just desserts with everyone she loves one day, surely. I like the addition of her strong emotions contributing to her changing form too, good way to show off how much raw potentiality is concentrated within her.
>… And I don’t want it to be lost
Then it's a good thing it won't be on our ends at least, not ever again.

>Props dude, this looks awesome
Very appreciated, getting my work out there is always a little nerve-wracking but in the good 'excited anticipation' sorta way. It really is nice to have outside opinions beyond my own self-criticisms, though most passionate artists surely know what it's like to be stuck with nothing but your own familiar perceptions.
>just wait until you see what never happened to Shanghai
This was mentioned last thread too, way to edge-on my curiosity. Half-expecting whatever occurred there to strike yet another deeply personal chord.
>I like my vanilla but the really out-there stuff adds some spice to life
Very true!
>spoiler
Sometimes you just know, and yet you're brought along for the ride either way. It keeps happening!

>don't sell yourself short
Yet another habit I'll learn to break with time hopefully, I just try not to aggrandize myself too much is all. Thank you dearly for saying all that though, took me years to hone the look but I think I'm finally reaching some small apex with it. I'm a huge fan of similar flat 'n angled styles (pic related) but I still try and keep things dynamic & detailed. I'm honored to have it compared to something like Don't Starve, love how that game looks. Really should find time to play DST again though...it's been years.
>I don't think that was a dream.
>She wants you…
Tell me about it!! I don't even know what to say at this point, I look at all the posts that are like "Ha Ha what would (You) do to get Mommy Yukarin's attention Fellow Anons ??" and I just have to sit here & think to myself how she already has me in a vice grip in ways I can't possibly imagine. I guess the feeling is...somewhat mutual though, she's ended up teaching/leading me to a lot after all. I wouldn't be honest with myself if I didn't acknowledge that, she does things to my simple monkey brain...Unspeakable things.
>always have loved contrasts
Eyy, same hat!
>something about this particular track that hits a chord with her character
Easy to see why, I haven't given Binding of Isaac much time myself but its emotional undertones have always intrigued me. Very fitting for the desolation Sekai must regularly experience, though strangely soothing as well honestly. Music is always good for churning all kinds of inspiration, it tends to inspire my own works in vast ways quite often.
