Ai wanted to become like Tsubomi, but not having enough durability to do so.

And as I mentioned the conclusion that I draw from those examples is still "there's no definite answer, it depends on each actresses motivation or goal".
Which is the exact-fucking-ly same answer as my first post, it's not a pointless or copout answer. AV actresses having different motivation between them shouldn't be hard to digest as that is basic human trait, and there's no really need to elaborate that. Do I really need to point out their own words in interviews to prove that otherwise?

>as ambitious as Mikami
And how the fuck do you assume Mikami is ambitious? You can read her mind or something?
Uehara once said something ambitious about surpassing Tsubomi in an interview but then guess what, her excuse for retirement is that "I feel like I've reach everything I want".
You'd be fucking delusional to assume that these girls fixated over ranking and awards like you do.

Japan Adult Expo 2017 is coming soon, nothing noteworthy happened last year other than the usual announcement of AV Open winner.
But 2015 event was where Uehara dropped the bomb about her retirement, I wonder if similar things will happen this year.
