As far as the difference goes, the double-layered one gives a stronger stimulation since it has a more complex texture. The dragon knock has less stimulation but it has an interesting bit to its design:
When you pump yourself too fast with dragon, it just feels really plain, but when you penetrate slow, the spiralling design creates an undulating sensation on your dick. Basically, it feels alive when fucked slowly and with thin lube to maximize texture.
the dragon is single layered so it's easier to clean in general. I like using this over my other one overall. dragon also includes lube
Also, my set-up simulates dragon ass and tail, feels great.
