Thats iceberg theory level but I don't think it could be something like that.

Rika just suicided because she knows she told Keiichi to trust Rena and that screwed up. As expected Rika was too confident and underestimated everything from what probably was a fake happy ending anyway. Rena had autism breaks all the time Rika didn't care, Keiichi had one single autism and Rika was all over him to fix something.
This also makes me think how much Rika knows about meta information, how did she knew Keiichi was going to be the one killing people why couldn't Rena do it as well? Don't remember any rule making sure just one would do the killings besides I believe Rika doesn't know about the maggots or she would be thinking on an other level.
Also is it plausible Rena being innately different somehow due to her Hinamizawa origins or just iceberg meme and its just the maggots?

Most important why was all of it censored so hard????
