The way Touhou fanbase always hunts for "thieves" is nothing but toxic. Touhou characters aren't the most detailed or original to begin with (look at the ORIGINAL artworks). You've just then been so accustomed to looking at all your precious fan arts that it is now objectively impossible for you to be partial on these matters.

Touhou designs are cool but they're among the most basic anime designs you'll find, and this is why it's fun for you guys to project all your desires into them. That's all fine and I encourage you all to have fun, but leave other creators with your autism.
