Youkai like her don't follow nutritional logic like that. The vast majority of youkai are too weak to have a human body and the ones you encounter in the games (even the weak ones like Kogasa) are all actually on the higher end of the power spectrum just by the virtue of having human bodies. Considering that Yuuka is extremely powerful compared to other touhou youkai, it's reasonable to assume that her control over her physical body is even greater, and that she should have no trouble taking on a 7' frame with big milkers if she so chooses.
