Things falling off the walls and ceilings, lamps that look like they are about to hit people on the head swinging, but no one is getting under the tables.
Weird.

I wonder how much people was saved by the tsunami warning system and people just being aware of the risk, even if the warning was only a few minutes in some cases and some of the evacuation areas were actually washed away too.
Compared to the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami for example where most of the heavily hit areas received no warning at all and suffered much higher casualties.
