She seems pretty surprised at Rika being killed too, but I just can't see any of this being actually genuine. She infected Oishi and got rid of Teppei somehow and didn't tell it to anyone, when she had plenty of time to change things if she was regretful by the end.

And also still had a gun with her there, but only used it after Oishi had killed a bunch of people. Not to mention the whole "wearing a dress completely different from her usual style", which might be addressed more directly in the manga answer since we have actual monologues.
