Maybe if they listen. But unlike MG I don't see very many SP employees willing to do anything but insult their fanbase.

And also unlike MG, SP is pretty vocal about their active effort to pander to steam normalfags rather than """hardcore""" VN fans. Which is ironic because it's the latter that got them into the position that they're in curently with all the Kickstarters.
