Never played the second one, but in the earlier BM games you had to attack enemies while they were down. Then they'd turn into a skeleton and stay dead for good.

I suggest the first game because you can choose your 2D wife master at the beginning (or put in the secret code to chose the male character). And it has cool VAs and music.

Sadly no English version. Which sucks because a lot of people would like it IMO. Hell you even choose your 2D wife at the beginning (or a even a male character with a code). Pic related.
