Anyone able to help me out? I'm going to anisama and heard that they have changed their rules on otagei this year. I tried translating this with Google translate but that left me with a huge mess so if someone could give me a run down on what it says that would be much appreciated. I really only need to know if I'm allowed to bring my king's blade penlights with me or not.
