Why would Crypton pay a license to Yamaha (to use their private ABI) and to the voicebanks company for the port (it's like microsoft deciding unilaterally to run playstation games on xbox), increase the amount of work to reverse engineer it's competidor engine when they are clearly understaffed already, all so people can use their competitors?

What they have to focus on, before even trying to add other voicebanks to NT is getting Miku to the point that people would legitimately want to switch from Vocaloid.
