So the twist is that the accessories are giant sized, or what?

The rules kind of assume air combat at the moment, but switching them to the ground really wouldn't be a major change. So, it'd work just fine on the ground. The only odd thing about the rules in air versus ground or in general is that everyone is in constant motion. In most RPGs, you can move up to some maximum speed per turn. In this one, you are either sitting still, or must move a distance equal to your current speed. You can control just how fast you're going very accurately, however.

I'm kind of working on a more general mecha musume project (which needs a nice name), which will probably have different movement rules so characters can have an easier time of tactical combat using cover and so-on. This will expand greatly upon the rules in DitS, with the aim of making a game more like armored core crossed with busou shinki. Lots of customization, and so-on.

Dropped my name, hope nobody minds.

Flailing? She thinks she has it bad?
This elegant and determined lady takes a whole week to make a full turn.

That's true. Was just checking if you heard the rather obscure /k/ in-joke.
Apparently not. Probably a good thing.

This.
As always, the little ones doing the fighting get little recognition. And it applies to gear as well as people.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, I don't have a single Panzer IV-tan. Not sure if I've even seen one.

Don't forget this cute little doomsday weapon (here shown in /jp/-related form).

Useful, not really. Zenith of the siege weapon/fortification arms race, quite possibly.

And finishing with huge-railroad-cannon-that-sort of-pass-for-tanks, a great tanksgiving to all. Amen.
