I always thought that she enjoyed the challenged and powered through it all, but if she gets frustrated enough to fuck up her teeth then thats a problem.

Noel's approach is completely wrong. It's killing me. The boss loses his buff when he's out of ki. Noel keeps eavding him until he tires himself out leading to several minutes of dodging. She only hits hit once he loses the buff, but since he reapplies the buff on low health it turns the fights into endurance matches against an ai, and obviously Noel will slip up first. If she just hit him a few times when he's low on ki, he would lose his buff imediately and be left vulnerable, this would shorten the fight by minutes and reduce the ammount of time she needs to dodge and remain untouched. Anyone would slip up eventually and the boss has a move that insta kills her, she's doing herself no favours by letting him attack her hundreds of times per fight
