I think the whole before-after here depends in what point you start getting into them.
Never care about Kirara before, only recently thanks to Muscat Night so I'm more familiar with her current form now. If you're into her way before, then you're likely to hate it.
In other example I like old Tomoda Ayaka and hate her new looks, but people who just start to follow her recently might find her older gyaru-look strange.
