As far as I understand it dark elf mothers use their husbands to teach their children how to dominate men. This could mean simply demonstrating how to give and receive pleasure and the daughter copying without touching him, or getting "hands on" but regardless it sometimes leads to the dark elf daughter falling in love with her father. I prefer to think normally its just a demonstration by the mother on how to treat a man, nothing more (if nothing else it's noted she won't have sex with her father unless she falls in love with him). Still it is a pretty old profile, so perhaps more clarity will happen in the future. It does seem like incest might be harder to avoid with dark elves than in other monsters (normally you can guarantee the monster daughter won't fall for you if you simply don't unduly restrict her from contact with boys).
