The odds of getting my package forwarded to me are low, and even if I manage it I think it's fair to say that NLS made an error here.

I sent them an email demanding that they either give me back my money or at the very least let me assemble a new order of equivalent or lesser value.

Am I being unreasonable in this situation? Even if I can manage the footwork in the first place, their error basically threw my package into the sea of chance, and even if I can get in touch with the new residents and have them forward it to me, I will still have to pay the shipping fee.

Both the NLS website and PayPal clearly list my billing address as separate from my shipping address, so I've extremely confident that this error is not on my end. Yes, I might have caught that the package was headed towards the wrong address if I checked the shipping number, but I don't think expecting that is reasonable.
