Fool. The majority agreed that Keiki is the best thing came out of WBaWC. Her theme remixes and fanarts were pouring out on first year and she ranked 36 on latest popularity poll out 100 characters (she is above many iconic old characters by now).
Maybe go out sometime instead of sticking in mongolian imageboard.

I think of her theme as a mix of the elegance and beauty of Cosmic Mind, the intensity of Pure Furies, and the nostalgia and "finality" from Theme of Eastern Story. The blend of ZUNpet, piano, and guitar is perfect and the instruments don't clash with each other. I've been playing the shmups for almost a decade now and I still think about her fight in my blind playthrough whenever I listen to her theme.

If ZUN never made a new Touhou game ever again, I think Idolatrize World would be an amazing song to end the series on. It and Electric Heritage are some of the best themes in the entire series, if not the best.
