-400 air control is a bit much. You can drop the kyoufuu from Teste and replace them with WG and a Radar. If you're willing to sacrifice some pre-boss consistency for more killing power vs the boss, you can go for 1 torpedo bomber, 2 dive bombers, and 1 fighter on your your CVs. The dive bombers do extra damage to Anchorage.

-Do you have an Ise rocket? Open up a hole on Teste and equip her with it.

-Kitakami's torp cut-in is extremely not worth it. Just let her double attack, it's fine.
