Well there are rare situations where it would be not gay, because why would you want to jerk off another dude. The only exception I can think of is when I was working as a nurse intern at a hospital during med school. There was a dude, same age as me I think, he was a construction worker and got his hands absolutley fucking smashed in a work place accident (right one shattered completely and he lost 2 fingers, left one had a serious fracture), he was alternating between surgery and recovery ward, it was hell for poor lad.
