Generally H!O has this twistedly amazing atmosphere where you can't say anything short of utmost praise about unpopular/unskilled girls, while everyone is competing to find the most ridiculous excused to hate on popular/pushed members. For example, they think Riho sucks at singing because her voice was strained in one line in one performance, while Zukki is the best singer ever because she could almost sing one line without strain once.
