Yeah, good idea.
Though there are some problems with this, like some 2hus just always refusing to drink tea spiked with anything(Reisen), or one pill affecting a dozen girls. Maybe it's just better(easier) to keep the existing pill system where it's just teleported into her stomach and works instantly.
Or maybe something completely unique for those pills. Like a new tea menu where you decide if you want to use a special pill (like cat ears and the upcoming lactation) on say Rumia but not on Cirno and Daiyousei, so that special effects are one for one but it still allows for the old 1 aphrodisiac turning everyone horny functionality. It could be something like one pill has a chance to trigger the desired change in a girl but is cheap to produce to keep up with the faulty prayer idea, but it's forced to at least give you the roll on the day you want and doesn't knock you out. And have another pill that guaranteed to work but is more expensive to make.
