And if it's not clear, it may seem like may statements don't follow what I'm doing, but it was my intention to go through every timxxxx mod in the pack regardless of whether I wrote definitions or not(they aren't documented as well as others on the 3DCGMRS).

I don't really think anybody else is doing that. Any descriptions given for undocumented mods at all help.
