With the way Rika acts in the final episode we're not given any reason to believe she thinks Hanyuu is still around, so trying to fit her into a world between their reconciliation and the train would be weird, no matter how you try to spin it.
It'll probably be a non-canon world similar to the Teppei drama or the Kira episodes, that just does whatever it wants, so we could either have Sotsu Satoko/Rika or their pre-Sotsu versions, depending on what Ryukishi thinks is funnier/easier.
There'll probably be a bunch of meeper seething over how this new girl immediately positions herself as Satoko's new best friend, no matter what scenario they go with.
