Here's an attempt to translate what was added on 1.18R.

Changes and additions:
Lowered the levels, numbers, and appearance rate of wild animals in your garden.
Removed wild animal flag for some monsters.
Changed the rate of another bud growing after harvesting a plant. They appear more often on gardens and less often on non-garden tiles now.
Portraits of NPCs will now be changed according to the gender they changed into.

Fixes:
Fixed the description of some stuff.
Fixed a bug where you can't use fertilizers on a garden tile.
Fixed corns and imos not rotting.
Fixed a bug where evolved pets uses a skill they haven't met the requirement to use yet.
Fixed bugs on some bosses.
Fixed a bug that occurs when changing the image of a shooting weapon.
Fixed a bug where pets at *love* affection not getting the boost from brushing them.
Removed the food value requirement needed for the white goose and fairy to generate their respective items after feeding them.
