Looks like most of the Futaba and Namie area cameras in Fukushima isn't going to come back.
I can't even find the Namie station feed anymore.

Looks like the webcam network around Futaba, Namie and a lot of the rest of the former Fukushima "Zone" has been taken off the internet, even the homepage is 404´d for quite some time now. (http://www.futabagun.jp/futaba_camera))
Still some from the Minamisoma area around, but i haven't managed to extract any live camera streams from them in my (Admittedly very quick) source code diving, appears to run a different streaming system than the Futaba site did and is just serving static jpgs on a refresh unfortunately.

You would think that in 2019 we would be past the age of 320x240 jpg streams, but then again
there are also people out there still connecting old 2000s mjpg IP cameras with pages of documented vulnerabilities unauthenticated to the internet every day.

Nice find, haven't seen that one before.
Worth to point out that there are three different live streams on that channel page.
