There he will procreate with Saber and make golden haired babbys with red and green eyes, desu~ For some additional kicks he has taken Sakura and Rin with him so that they can form the basis of a slave caste with Shirou. Yeah, maybe he should take Rider, too. And Caster. Lots of procreation takes place, and Gilgamesh starts humanity anew, and is somewhat pleased.

Eventually weakened Arcueid will find her way to the planet. Gilgamesh will proceed to have babbys with her, too, to preserve the genetic variation of his master race.
