Anyone telling you that soaplands and brothels don't accept gaijins is full of shit and never actually been to Japan.

Soaplands will guarantee you full service. It's delivery/hotel health stuff where your mileage may vary. The soapland I visited in Tokyo was Dolce, and it's a JK-themed soapland that specializes in young-looking girls. It's considered a budget soapland, and it was 25,000 yen for 1 hour (that's with the gaijin fee). The girls are cute, but I had much prettier girls elsewhere, but it's what you'd expect at a budget place.

If you're in Osaka, you could head to Tobita Shinchi (biggest brothel district), which also has guaranteed full service If you're not concerned about getting the most amazing of service (it's fairly mechanical with you getting a blowjob and a girl riding you until you get off) and just want to fuck a beautiful Japanese girl (although there's a chance some might be Korean/mixed), this might be your spot. I actually loved Tobita Shinchi because you can see all the girls beforehand while walking up and down the streets, and a lot are just downright gorgeous. It's 16,000 yen for 20 minutes, 21,000 for 30, etc. There are some girls that are dressed up in school uniforms, but it varies from kimonos/hakama to police uniforms to pikachu onesies.
