So the kancolle android port is out and available for all players and all that but is there a guide or something with more detailed information about it that I can read in English?

Apparently the apk "requires" android 4.4 but some downloaded it and have it running on android 4.1 without issues so I'd like to read up on it if there's a page about it since this is very relevant to my interests.
