The answer to this question is not easy. And yet, it would just not behoove me to avoid them, or perhaps even to say a "no."
And so therefore, "yes".
But even under pre-conditions. Let me point by point list of what I consider to be essential.

Who wants to travel to the Border, which must first love of "country and people bring," at least no bias.
