Fixed that for you. Fuuchan, Nijika and Oda can talk just fine. Neru and Moriya are the only popular girls pulling their weight.

I'm starting to get pretty disillusioned with Kanji. They are just not improving at all in pretty much any area. I think their live performances have actually regressed. Their lip syncing has been absolute garbage lately and has been ruining the performances for me.
