I guess I am pretty excited about the short term future thanks to jaypee. Through a pretty long series of coincidences that was started by being into a touhou shoegaze band I will be going to work in Japan doing a job I love over the winter.

Thanks. I was surprised to see this thread and realize someone else felt the way I did...everything feels so nice and welcoming which is a nice change compared to the world we actually live in. There's so much cruelty and ugliness out there, people can do heinously evil things to each other and not even care.

I almost cried when Remilia praised Meiling for doing her best during the event. I put Dai on my home screen because of her positive attitude and her desire to help everyone, it was nice when she said Cirno and Sunny are her dear friends and that I was also dear to her. I don't know why this particular game gets me emotional, I don't even like gacha, but the writing is very nice.

I wouldn't like that at all, there are plenty of Touhou dating sims or doujinshi with men in it already, and I've never enjoyed reading any of it. If there has to be a player character, I like that they force you to be a girl, it feels like you fit in with being their friend well.
