As cool as a character's unique outfit can be, I'm a big fan of seeing monsters in normal, casual clothes. The simpler the better. Sure the regal dominatrix look suits a demon, but so does a sleek office lady outfit or a pair of thigh-hugging jeans.

I also like when a character can just casually change up their hairstyle, it's not their only defining feature so they can mess with it and style it differently from day to day like a real person. I'd like to see more art of profile monsters putting up their hair in a ponytail just because they feel like it.
