Things that could be it;
-Your windows sensitivity is not 6/11.
-Your osu sensitivity isn't 1,0x.
-Mouse acceleration is enabled (you said this already though).
-You're playing with a very high dpi (around 800 is recommended).
-Your mousepad or desk doesn't really work well with your mouse (or it is your mouse itself).

Also things to look into;
-Disable windows aero. Gives some input lag to most average pc's. For my crappy pc I even need to close explorer.exe
-You're using vsync or something shitty like that in osu. Hit F7 (I think) to change it to unlimited FPS or something that feels right.
-Maybe some settings with directX or that other thing in osu itself, play with these settings a little I guess.

Other than that I don't know.

The answer to the question "how do i git gud?";
Play a lot. Like, a lot. And not only shit that you can fc or can almost fc. Challenge yourself with new mods and difficulties. Just use no fail mod if you die too fast, you will get better eventually. You also can't become good in just a few days with playing a lot, since (probably) your brain learns shit while playing and proccesses when you sleep or take breaks from this game. That's why you often can 'read' the circles a lot better after taking breaks for a few days.
