Rushia has been wanting to quit since last November.
Contacts dramatuber korekore and accuses (without proof) that she was getting bullied by a senpai.
Nothing happens
In December she has a mental breakdown and multiple holos and k*on visit her to comfort her.
Towards the end of Feb she contacts another dramatuber narukami, who implies she revealed some stuff that would really bad if we're proven true.
A few days later she streams GTA with miko with stream playback enabled (she never ends this) and with streamer mode on obs disabled (discord notifications popping up during the stream)
One of the messages is from mafumafu - a very popular utaite with loads of fujo gachis, who was already suspected of living with rushia due to matching cutlery.
The message reads "I'm returning home mi-chan" (rushia's roomate's nickname)
Big uproar from both fandeads and fujo fans, drama starts snowballing out of control.
Cover senior managers seem to be on holiday (long weekend) and will allow rushia to make 5 statement only after 3 days.
So she goes back to her dramatuber friend. wanting to prove that they don't live together, she shares her discord log with mafumafu to him (official discord account belonging to cover that she is using as Uruha Rushia to communicate with cover staff and business partners)
Dramatuber confirms that they aren't living together but goes through her chat log with him to show that she seems to have been in love with mafumafu nevertheless.
Mafumafu streams his side of the story where she claims they were just friends but she took advantage of his kindness to try to cozy up to him. Shows his chat log with her (which is fucking massive, they probably texted for hours everyday for over a year)
Rushia's roomate downs a bunch of meds to try to off herself and streams a 5 second "everyone is cruel.. Sayonara".
cops show up and take her to the hospital
Cover puts out a notice saying that they don't care if she's dating and neither should you, but they are investigating "massive amounts of false information being shared to third parties" (probably talking about rushia's bullying allegations to the dramatubers)

She contacts dramatuber korekore again and gives her final message - if they fire me you can talk about the bullying stuff (still no proof provided). She also said that she wants "all of them to be miserable"
She tweets from her secret roomate account that after a onesided discussion they terminated her contract "without even letting that girl (the character rushia) say goodbye"
The next day cover puts out a termination of contract letter, highlighting 2 points - breaching NDA by sharing internal company communication with outsiders, and publicizing falsehoods and distributing misinformation.

The roomate now has a pretty big channel of her own with a couple of big streams and 700+ subs.

It's actually incredible how literally everyone ignored the entire "false accusations" aspect of the termination. About how cover claims she was spreading massive amounts of misinformation that was ruining their reputation.

Reminder that rushia spoke to multiple dramatubers about her being harassed by hololive
Cover said she was spreading falsehoods and that is the main reason she was terminated.

It doesn't matter anyway.
Cover fired her not just for sharing confidential info, but also for spreading lies.
She already contacted narukami days before the discord message about how she was being "harassed" by her senpai and the management (mostly another FAQ level incident)
It's not cover's job to fix her delusions. Better to just kick her out at that point.
